As each piece is handmade by us, and as creators and manufacturers, we are committed to environmental friendliness and hope that each piece can be used for a long time. Therefore, we provide permanent repair services and hope the product continues to bring warmth to the user.
Warranty Coverage

This product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects that are not caused by human error.

During the warranty period, you may choose either a free repair or a replacement with a new product. All related costs, including shipping, will be covered by us.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or failure to follow the user manual.

We will confirm the warranty and service using the unique product number, so no invoice or receipt is required.
Repair Service Beyond the Warranty Period

After one year of purchase, repair fees will be charged accordingly. Customers will need to cover the round-trip shipping costs and part of the material costs (if any wooden parts need to be remade, additional quotes will be provided).
